Dear Pegah,
The GUI option was not supposed to handle more than one source. It's a
bug that it didn't give an error. You can enter multiple sources via a
script (no changes to the code are necessary) or via batch version of
extraction tool that you can find with other source reconstruction
routines in batch menu. If you want to use the GUI you can extract one
source at a time and then use Other/Fuse to combine them in one
dataset.
