Dear all,
I am using the latest version of SPM8 on MATLAB 7.9.0 (R2009b). When I
convert DICOM to NIfTI (.nii) using DICOM Import on Batch Editor, the
following error message appears after the conversion of all the DICOM
files has been completed:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Error using ==> <a href=matlab:
opentoline('cfg_util.m',835,0)">cfg_util at 835</a>
Job execution failed. The full log of this run can be found in MATLAB
command window, starting with the lines (look for the line showing the
exact #job as displayed in this error message)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Then I see the following log in MATLAB command window:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Running job #1
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Running 'DICOM Import'
Changing directory to: C:\[specified output directory]\
Failed 'DICOM Import'
Error using ==> horzcat
CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent.
In file "C:\Program Files\spm\spm8\spm_dicom_convert.m" (v4213),
function "spm_dicom_convert" at line 61.
In file "C:\Program Files\spm\spm8\config\spm_run_dicom.m" (v2094),
function "spm_run_dicom" at line 32.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: DICOM Import
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Despite this error message, it seems that all the NIfTI files have
been created in the specified output directory.
I wonder whether this error would affect my data or not. Could anyone
suggest how I could avoid this error?
Many thanks for your help,
Michiko
