Tribal are looking to recruit a full time data quality assurance and quality
control assistant working for one of our oil sector clients, based in Central
Reading.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the improved quality control of
technical metadata created both internally and supplied by 3rd parties, thereby
ensuring the overall integrity of the information supply chain.
The candidate will also be responsible for assessing the data quality of the
different document indexes and identify any corrective actions required to
improve the overall quality to an agreed standard. Ideally, we are seeking
candidates with:
- An understanding of Oil & Gas sector data types & data management
- Quality Assurance & Quality control experience
- Library/records/archives management qualification or 2+ years oil sector
experience
- Good, accurate IT skills, use of databases and input of information
- Knowledge of digital and hardcopy document management/archiving
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are required

good interpersonal skills, tenacity, a good team player, and good communication
skills.
