Well in a fairly recent episode of 'Outnumbered' the character Ben, who I think is in the age range you require Andrew, got to 18 names before his teacher stopped him :)

Subject: by any other name ...
Just out of interest, what do young boys in USA, England and Canada call
their penis? Or anywhere for that matter - but it needs to be
sort-of-English. I ask for this strange research because a local YAL
writer, Julia Lawrinson, has asked many Aussies about this and I have posted
the results on my blog today - http://hispirits.blogspot.com/ She is writing
another novel in a series and obviously needs the word for her work.
(Besides, I think she only has a daughter and no son, so her research must
happen beyond her immediate family.)
I don't really know what age group - but it would be above toddler and
before teenage.
I can't help - My sons are too old and my grands sons are too young!
Andrew
