carr is correct see attached link
i once did not undertake spirometry testing in a previous life and
the OHP asked me on account the individual had an aortic aneurysm!!
he couldnt understand that increased thoracic and pulmonary pressure
could be contraindicated - i was able to guide him to previous CPD in
the OH journal some years ago
