Thank you for your help
The gentleman works in an abatoir. I have assessed the work place with him. There were two roles which were cosidered light duty and he said he was able to perform without discomfort. The second role was opening a gate letting the pigs into the run. Both roles he was in agreement with and since states that there were no issues for him to do this role as he had worked in the abatoir for years. He injured his arm iitially by slipping on some water in the toliet area - not work related. He has advised me that the physio has stopped all work on his shoulder until he has been seen by the specialist - but a date for this is unknown. I was therfore hessitant with referring to another physio. We seen to be at a standstill.
