I think you may find that even if EPPW it is still not compulsory but recommended. I believe that so long as they screen as negative they can work as EPPW

There is no such recommended time in which they can start work after having a hep b vaccination. Hep B is is not compulsory for hcw to have (unless they are EPP). However It is good practice for them to have it asap.
