That is an interesting request. I wouldn't imagine that this is routinely asked for very often. I would think though that the issue for the audit is for it to check whether there is an overall system to monitor and implement corrective actions, so they might take one or two case studies and see that the action has been followed up by the manager, when it was completed etc to test the systems.
