I do not think that the loop is an infinite one. As for the repeated messages:
I guarantee that if you keep on using the default GENIE with 9 MeV neutrinos (as I see in your printout) then you'll soon discover some pretty major physics modelling problems that far outweight the printout problem you are reporting. Please consider 50-100 MeV as the low end of the default-GENIE validity range.
For future reference, regarding the printout: I understand that the default verbosity is not to everyone's liking. You can fine-tune the message stream thresholds to your liking. All the info you need to do that is in the manual.
