Dear Colleagues,
I'm wondering how libraries are dealing with publications from HESA (Higher Education Statistics Agency). They've recently moved from print to electronic only for their annual publications (Staff in Higher Education Institutions, etc). They are emailing a secure URL from which one can download the HTML documents. The data is available for one year and allows a maximum of 5 downloads. It's available to university students and staff, not walk-ins.
My question for those who have a subscription is: How are you making this available to your users? We're having trouble figuring out how to work with the restriction of 5 downloads and how to link it from our catalogue (we use Innovative Millennium). Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks,
Mary Anne
