Does anyone know of any work being done around measuring outcomes for people
living in the community and requiring supports. For example who defines what
good outcomes are and how to measure them. Why should we do this when people
who do not have a disability do not have to identify outcomes they desire in
their lives that are then measured! How do we ensure that the bar is high,
that we do not measure mundane things that are simply the rights of each
individual?
