The 2011 AGM calling notice and the nomination forms for election as a
Trustee or as Vice-Chair of ALT have been published on the ALT Open
Access Repository (link below).
The closing date for nominations for election is Tuesday 31 May 2011.
Ballot process
The ballot for any contested vacancies will be conducted over the
Internet and the result will be communicated to members before the AGM.
All members will be sent an email with instructions on how to use the
secure Internet ballot site.
It is vital that you check that the e-mail address currently used for
your account on our website is correct, by Monday 31 May. To check your
details, go to http://www.alt.ac.uk/ and sign in to your account. You
can view your account details on login by clicking on the grey 'edit'
tab above the details displayed. To update your details, enter them into
the relevant field and click 'save' to save any changes made.

The AGM will take place on 7 September, and the deadline for submitting
any resolutions for consideration at the AGM is Friday 29 July 2011.
The Agenda for the AGM will be issued on or prior to Tuesday 23 August 2011.
