It also has one of the highest concentrations of National Teaching Fellows in the UK. The University is proud of its strong sense of community among its diverse student and staff population and its tradition of academic excellence that stretches back to the 1840s. Roehampton's stunning 54-acre campus beside Richmond Park is less than 30 minutes from central London.
The Department of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint two social anthropologists for the academic year 2011 - 2012. Highly organised and a strong communicator, you will be an effective and innovative teacher who is able to develop and deliver undergraduate modules.
The first post (0.2FTE, HR49/11) is fixed term from September to December 2011.
The second post (0.4FTE, HR50/11) is fixed term from August 2011 to July 2012.
