The South African Statistical Association (SASA) is calling for
abstracts for papers to be presented at its annual conference, which
this year will be held by the Council for Scientific and Industrial
Research (CSIR) at the CSIR International Conventional Centre (ICC). The
main conference is from 1-3 November 2011 with workshops on 31 October
2011 and 4 November 2011.
Presenters may choose to have their papers peer-reviewed and these will
be published as part of conference proceedings. The deadline for
submitting peer-reviewed abstracts (300 words) has been extended to
Friday 6 May 2011. Abstracts for non-peer reviewed submissions must be
received by 19 August 2011.
Abstracts for peer-reviewed submission should be sent to
[log in to unmask], with “SASA 2011 peer-reviewed paper” in the subject
line. Deadline for submission of full papers to be reviewed is 27 June
2011. Abstracts for non-peer-reviewed papers should be submitted via the
website www.sastat.org.za/sasa2011. More details about paper submission
