Hello FSL users,
Would it be possible to enter multiple masks while using the 'randomise' tool ?
We have some bad slices in the control and patient group for almost every individual control and every individual patient. We would like to zero the bad slices (rather than removing them ) for each subject and would not want to include these zero filled slices while doing TBSS statistics using randomise tool.
Can this be done? could someone help me with any other alternative(s) how to minimize the variance because of these bad slices in the data?
I have searched through the archives and found suggestions to use a mask with ramdomise option. But I cannot use a global mask that represents all the subjects because I am afraid I will be left with very few slices in the analysis.
Thanks for your time and help.
Regards
Tilak
