I've used the AKG C420 before with good success. Really clean sound, and
nicely unobstrusive once you're done getting it set up (which can,
admittedly, be a little tricky).
It has an XLR connection and requires phantom power, so you have to have
a setup that can handle that.
I've found, though, that it's not a good choice if the speaker is likely
to move around. The back-of-the-head band design makes it good for
getting the subject to forget they're being recorded, but it also makes
it relatively easy for it to shift its position relative to the
speaker's mouth.
