Hi,
I've been trying to run a 1st level correlation on a set of PET images with a
dependent variable for each scan. I entered the images and then put all the
corresponding values in the field separated by spaces. The design matrix seems
a bit weird as I just see the values indicated by shades of grey. When I run
the results I get the choice between F and T contrasts. For an F contrast, do I
have to indicate inclusion of all the data (scans) by putting a "1" down for
each of them? I was hoping to get a correlation image where all the voxels had
corresponding r values. Is anyone very familiar with this analysis?
Cheers, Graham
