Looking in the edit code - the OER logo is displayed via a wiki markup
of {{OER}} - so it's hard coded in.
Googling that ignores the curly brackets so I can't find anything
obvious - but http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Classifying_educational_resources
is worth a visit - if only for this quote
