& so one day the big Arts Organisation in its wisest wisdom did think - OK I got to save some money partly in order to build digital capacity among the greater organisations and so....yes, I will chop off smaller organisations who have got the digital capacity already. What a good idea.
And because the Government is supporting the Big Society and believes that small is beautiful I will cut out some small digitally skilled organisations especially if they are based in rural areas like the south west because really they are no more than dots on the map and we want a grander purpose so we will prioritise some institutions that give us headlines. And no doubt the small will thrive cos the small is beautiful no? NO?
