The T&Cs of the MA's website are quite comprehensive -

In terms of comments etc, the Guardian's T&Cs and also the BBC website offer good guidelines

Subject: Website T&Cs
Hi all
I'm looking for good examples of Terms & Conditions of use for an arts
community site aimed at 16-24 year olds.
On registering, users will be required to tick a box stating that they are
over 16 and have read the T&Cs. The site will encourage lots of interaction
and user generated content, so I'm particularly interested in legal
guidelines around appropriate use in this area.
Has anybody looked into this issue recently and come across useful models?
Many thanks for your help!
- Oliver
