REFLECTIVE WRITING with Margaret Chapman
Although it doesn't come naturally to many of us, increasingly we are expected to use reflective writing skills. Whether it be for personal and/or professional development or for service development, this course will help participants to:
- be able to appreciate the importance of reflection;
- be able to recognise the difference between descriptive and reflective writing;
- be able to recognise the circumstances under which reflective writing might be necessary / useful;
- develop confidence in learning and development through reflection;
- develop styles of reflective writing.
When: Monday 9 May 2011 13.30 - 16.30 pm
Where: Ely Public Library, 6 The Cloisters, Ely, Cambridgeshire
Access code: W - venue has wheelchair access and disabled toilets
Booking & costs:
CDG Members: £40 + VAT
Non-CDG Members: £60 + VAT
Refreshments will be served on arrival and during both sessions. Lunch will not be provided, but the room will be available if you wish to bring your own, and tea and coffee will be available at this time.
