I've moved gridftp to an sl5 machine and turned htcp on at 16:28 this
afternoon.
Ideally I'd separate these two changes, but if it makes a difference, we
can see.
At the moment, we seem to have a steady stream of transfers, and it
seems like the transfer rate has gone down from 30MB/s to 20MB/s - but
I'll wait and see if that is a blip.
