Hi,
I keep receiving this message when I try to run randomise on a section of my data. I have a data set with two scanning sessions pre and post treatment. I set up my model using the GLM gui and a paired t-test design. When I run randomise on the entire group I have no problems, however when I run it with just the female participants I get this error. I re-did all the tbss steps with only the females and don't appear to have any corrupt data. Below is the model design parameters:
