Hi Jesse
The images on which FAST fails probably contain more data. Have you
brain-extracted them? If so, crop them as much as possible without
losing brain data, using fslroi for example. Finally, you may need
more than 2GB RAM, so make sure you are on a 64-bit system and either
run FSL natively or allocate sufficient RAM to the virtual machine.
