Hi FSLers,
Although lowpass filtering is controversial, I've found that applying a low pass filter really helps to remove a lot of the high-frequency scanner-related noise I have in my fmri dataset.
Since FSL uses FILM prewhitening in lieu of lowpass filtering (by default), should I then "turn off" the prewhitening option?
Many thanks,
Lara
