As of today the Home Office’s RDS webpages including information about
COI Service and its products is to close. COI Service published products
are now to be found on the UKBA website:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/guidance/coi/. This site
contains products published in 2011 (onwards). COI products published
prior to 2011 can be found in the UK government’s archives (a link to
these is available on the new COI Service UKBA webpages).
