Colleagues - can anyone assist? If so can you get in contact with John

Best wishes

Dear Jane,
The TSSA is embarking on a campaign for 'fair pay' for management grades
within a major employer in the rail industry.
The issues include gender pay inequality and a pay structure which as a
result of a previous performance related pay structure which included
'forced ranking' is largely arbitrary.
We forced the employer to abandon forced ranking some three years ago,
but they still have a fairly standard PRP, whereby a 'pay pot' is
distributed according to performance (with the majority of members
actually getting less than the headline figure to allow enough 'spare
cash' to be redirected to 'high performers.'
I wonder if there are any academics (sympathetic to the movement) with
an interest in performance related pay structures (or fair pay as a
concept) who would be interested in addressing a meeting of our members
as part of the pay campaign.
If anyone can help, then can they contact me at [log in to unmask]
