Very good questions Celine! though it seems a bit further down the line the possibility to deliver "standard" training solutions about "RDA / FRBR etc" in my opinion. 

From my point of view low cost initiatives like this e-forum  are very appropriate (and the time is right) because they increase awareness of the forthcoming changes and motivate people to start their own individual learning.
