Registration is open for the UK and Ireland Higher Education Institutional Research (HEIR) network 4th Annual Conference:
Scanning the Horizons: Institutional research in a borderless world
To be held at Kingston University, London, UK, on 16th and 17th June 2011
The keynote speakers will be:
• Prof. Sir Peter Scott, Institute of Education, University of London, UK.
• Dr Lis Lange, Advisor to the Directorate for Institutional Research and Academic Planning at the University of the Free State
• Angel Calderon, Principal Advisor, Planning and Research at RMIT University, Australia
Paper presentations, workshops and posters will span the themes of:
1. Accountability and Engagement: Moving beyond Performance Indicators and Quality Assurance
2. Supporting decision makers: Planning, Policy and Management
3. Institutional Research in action: Tools, methods and capacity building
4. Enhancing student experiences and measuring outcomes
