Thanks for all the suggestions of training, keep them coming!
I've watched with admiration the line-up of webinars from ALCTS in the US
and would love to see something like that here but have no idea of the
technical issues involved. The advantage of webinars is that they are
archived online (as this discussion will be) to be referred back to at a
later date, etc. I'm also a huge fan of anything that can be attended
remotely/online because of the costs involved in travel.
Rosemary - we have issues about vendors, record supply, LMS (and by
extension OPAC) lined up as the topic for tomorrow morning's discussion so
hopefully we'll cover some of that in more detail then. It's definitely a
large area of concern.
