Hi,
I am having problems with the registration in one of my subjects...registration completes anyway without apparent errors though inspection of the outputs show it is far from accurate. FEAT can complete and gives some significant clusters but due to the registration issue there is a portion of the brain that is removed from the group, second-level analyses.
For this particular subject, even the filtered_func_data has one portion of the lateral posterior bit of the brain that is chopped but that is present in the raw fmri_data...this issue is exacerbated in the registration process, where am coregistering the fmri_data to the Main Structural (the individual structural scan after iterating BET several items) with full search and 7 DOF and then the registration to the Standard with full search and 12 DOF
I have uploaded a file to your server with ref 840778, which contains all the relevant files.....
I have discarded that the problem could be due to BET applied to the fMRI data, i have also tried by realigning (using SPM) the structural to the fMRI data prior to pre-processing but none of these made a difference.
I noticed there is not full coverage in the fmri_data of the cerebellum and perhaps some very early occipital but still not sure whether this may be the problem
I'd appreciate to hear your advise
many thanks!
