A 3-year Career Development Fellowship is available to work on statistical analysis of, and methodology relating to, Bayesian graphical models incorporating dynamical systems, i.e. models in which some of the components are defined in terms of differential equations. Application areas of particular interest include glucose control in diabetes management, infectious disease dynamics, and computational biology.
You will have a PhD in statistics, or relevant subject, and statistical computing experience, e.g. R, BUGS. Knowledge/experience of Bayesian computation and/or differential equations would be advantageous.
