Job description:
Computation functional anatomy laboratory at National University of Singapore (http://www.bioeng.nus.edu.sg/cfa) focuses on neuroimaging research, in particular, shape analysis on white matter tracks and gray matter structures, and surface-based analysis on fMRI. We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow who is specialized in the image segmentation, registration, statistical shape analysis, or classification. A candidate who has experience with DTI tensor estimation and fiber tracking, or pattern recognition and classification is desirable.
Qualification:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in computer science, or electrical computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, or biomedical engineering. The background in C++, MATLAB, and Linux system are necessary.
