Hi Stephen, Marko, and others----
I am running into this problem as well, and neither of the two proposed solutions on this list serve have worked for me (using the 'equal' variance option when specifying my model or changing defaults.spm.fmri.ufp to a more liberal threshold of 0.1). I can say that I have analyzed this data in a different imaging platform and did not run into this error, and the results were as expected. Has anyone else had the same experience?
Thanks,
Ben
