Hi,
I probably have the dumbest two questions ever!!! Please don't be offended:
1) I'm starting to use the VBM Tutorial written by John Ashburner (March 15, 2010) and I believe there's a misprint where it says: "Clicking on the horizontal bar, above, will move the cursor to the origin (mm coordinate 0,0,0), which should be close(ish) to the anterior cingulate (AC)" . Shouldn't it be "close(ish) to the anterior comissure (AC)"?
2) For some reason my canonical avg 152T1 has the 0.0.0 reset in the corpus callosum? Is this is not ok, should I try to change it to the anterior comissure? How
I know the images don't have to be aligned perfectly, but I was hoping that I could at least do the first steps (and the most easy ones) fine...
Many, many thanks!
