If it's something that should be in your code, it doesn't seem to be
there, at least not in my copy.

I just followed Sam's directions directly to pull the code (I don't use
git anywhere else, so I don't know how to tell what I'm using). I know my
code is out of date, but my understanding is that's expected because it's
not automatically connected to subversion.
