Dear all,
I can only reiterate this from across the Atlantic. It seems all universities and governments look at each other and then copy from those that have "progressed" the most. None seem interested in trying something novel, innovative or -- heaven forbid -- different. We must all participate in the discourse, no matter which nation, in I order to (try to) effect sensible change and progress elsewhere and, by extension, for ourselves.
Let's keep up the discussion, no matter how many mails it brings.
