Hi,
I have a problem: I try to register SPECT images (HMPAO) to MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii template. My approach is this one: register MRI 3 Teslas's images to MNI152 (flirt 6 dof and fnirt), then register CT'images to SPECT'images (flirt 6 dof), register CT_register_to_SPECT to IRM and finally, application of these 2 transformations to original SPECT'image.
At firt, I have to resample CT, MRI and SPECT with MNI152 (matrice 91*109). My problem is with MRI'images: when I use ResamplingImage-exe, the result is wrong, bad orientation (ANT= occipital and POST=frontal) on axial, Left and Right are opposite. So I can't register CT to MRI, I obtain wrong images, axial images instead of coronal, and all is opposite. I used fslswapdim but this does not work.
We think this problem is due to intensity of MRI's signal : about 4e^5 Hz with 3 Teslas instead of 200 Hz with 1.5 T. Does a command exist in order to diminuate the MRI's signal, to look like a 1.5T ?
Thanks a lot,
marie
