Hello
I agree with members thus far as I have a staff member who did not
receive the desired result this has not helped her motivation as we all
know this course and exam are one of the hardest hence our jobs are
rare. It goes back to members understanding the purpose of communication
stream and how using such communication can have unseen affects. What
about other people who have not passed how demotivating is this. Not a
criticism but an learning observation.

Must say I agree with you Suzy, thought the last person to do this sort
of thing was chucked off?
Chris, playing the crafty hand there, rebuking Ibrahim then sliding your
results under the door?? Tsk, tsk!!

I agree. I don't mind brief advertising of courses or seminars which
may help us learn more about DP/FOI etc for example "next DP course
being held XX date check out website for further info." If I want to
know people's testimonials or more about pass rates I'll go on relevant
websites and look for myself if I'm interested.
I didn't personally sign up to this list to get emails like this.
However, I do also offer my congratulations to those that passed.

Regrettably, I have to defend our position
Amberhawk had with this exam a 93% pass rate (that is 7 fails
per 100 instead) of an 86% pass rate (which is a rate of 14 fails per
100). Twice as good I think! Our average pass mark was 67%.
Personally, I don't think this list should be used like this

Congratulations to our candidates who passed the ISEB Data
Protection exam in January.
86% of our candidates passed. The average mark was 65%. One
candidate achieved a distinction with a mark of 82%.

put my new knowledge to good use in my day job. Thank you
very much for your help and guidance throughout the course. RD, Scottish

Thanks Paul, for all of the support you gave
throughout the course, I thoroughly enjoyed it. ... I have re-done our
DP policies and procedures and also written new ones for

flooding back. Many thanks again. CW, Tayside Fire

Cheers for all your help and an excellently
presented course. SM, Scottish Funding Council
