Forgot to answer this!
I will add something to v2.2 (we're not supposed to add anything to
2.1 that changes its appearance).
For 2.1 people, if you want to change the default linewidth then edit
ccpnmr2.1/python/memops/universal/Output.py and change
default_linewidth = 0.1 # pts
to whatever you want (it's in points, so 0.1 means "thin") in effect.
(For a technical reason this does not affect marks/rulers, but hopefully
that will not be too bad an issue.)
