Thanks for your quick reply, and sorry for the delay on mine.
Job submission seems to work ok, as I've sent some jobs and all of them made it until the end and I could get the output for all of them.
Indeed the version of c-ares is c-ares-1.6.0-1.el5, and the version of glite-security-gss is glite-security-gss-2.1.4-1.sl5
Is there anything that needs to be changed here?
