Hi All,
I ran a TBSS analysis using randomise (TFCE) to see what skeleton regions correspond to changes in a physiological measure. This worked quite well, but I'd like to see what regions, within a large significant cluster, have the largest effect size. This is fairly straight forward in a group design (i.e., to calculate cohen's d from t scores, for instance), but it seems a bit more complicated in the current, correlational design. I'd like to find a way to derive r^2 or the beta weight from the tstatistic map (uncorrected?), if possible. Is there a way to do this from the randomise output? If not, is there another tool in FSL that could generate this data?
Thank you again for your time,
-J
