Dear FSL group,
Sorry I haven't written the subject in the previous mail.
I run temporal concat. melodic and dual regression on the resting state in a group of patients and a group of controls.
To visualize my DR output on fslview I overlay the file dr_stage3_ic.._tfce_corrp_tstat.. on my template and used a contrast 0.95-1.
With this procedure I am basically checking if and where the two groups differ for/across the ICs extracted by temporal concat. ICA.
I have two basic questions.
1) Is the file (map) I am looking at (dr_stage3_ic etc etc) corrected for p value <0.05 ?
If so, shouldn't I be able to see the statistical map for p value <0.05 indipendently of the contrast I use?
For what I understood only what I see on the statistical map dr_3 with contrast 0.95-1 is significant at p <0.05. Is that true? did I misunderstand? Why is that?
2) Is there a way I can visualize the dr_stage3_corrp_tstat.. statistical maps with different p value thresholds? I would like to detect even trends and not necessarily statistically significant differences between the 2 groups across the ICs exctracted by temporal concat.
Thanks for your help,
Carol
