Hi,
This means that it does not think you have run BET on the T1_3D_brain
image. The warning is based on a rough calculation of the size of the
non-zero part of the image and could be wrong. If you have run BET
then ignore the warning, otherwise, run BET on the image and then
use it with invwarp.
