Hello,
On the pseudo3D import, Analysis currently is supposed to recognise
pseudo3D data for NmrPipe, Bruker and Azara formats, but not for UCSF. If
you have an example of a pseudo3D data file for UCSF then I can take a
look to see if that can be determined from the header. For NmrPipe it
seems (from the few examples I've seen) that the isotope type is specified
to be "ID" for the pseudo dimension, so if your NmrPipe data is not being
recognised as pseudo3D then I would guess that your isotope type is not
that. Again, if you can send me a data file then I can take a look at the
header to see if it is being specified some other way.
