Hi Winnie,
if you move to all CREAM you'll have problems with the availability
figures because the CREAM CE is not yet included.
It looked that a period of two months was set to make the CREAM CE
primary and therefore allow sites to become fully CREAM. However this
deadline is pending a discussion with OSG that has VOs still using
globus (most importantly dzero although now that their funding hasn't
been extended this might loose some importance). LHC VOs are in
principle ok to go, but wanted also a two months window to prepare for
the impact the change may cause. You'll need to stick with the
unsupported glite-TORQUE_server or find a work around.
