You'll need to remove the old blt/blt directory by hand and rebuild the
BLT component (wizeblt will replace blt/blt, we keep the blt super
component name for convenience). GAIA, Skycat and CCDPACK will also need
cleaning out and rebuilding from scratch. There is also the debris from
the installed BLT to remove (since we don't have deinstall targets). There
may be more to do as I've not tested this part yet, sorting this process
out is easier to do after a push.
