Let's say R = spm_preproc('your anatomical image');
just run PO = spm_prep2sn(R) ;
and then, all the variables that you need are:
VG = PO.VG ;
VF = PO.VF ;
Tr = PO.Tr ;
Affine = PO.Affine ;
flags = PO.flags ;
You can save them as an '*_seg_sn.mat' if your wish...
