Hi,
I've ran some analyses using the following steps:
Realign: estimate and reslice
- mean image written only
Coregister: estimate
- ref image is mean, and source image is individuals structural
Segment
Normalise:write
- paramter file is segmented structural
- images to write are realigned images
- writing options - voxel size is [3.75x3.75x3.8] (i changed this to the size of the voxels that we used in our scanning sequence)
Smoothing - 4mm
All other options are left as default.
Each individual person's data looks fine - but when I look at a really low threshold of the group map the BOLD signal doesn't fill the whole brain, as though my data has not been normalised correctly to the MNI brain (see image attached - overlay used is the single_subj_T1 from the canonical folder).
Does anyone know what is happening and how to remedy this?
Any comments/suggestions would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Karen
