help spm_jobman will give you a list of all of its options.
spm_jobman('initcfg') is needed first in most cases, then
spm_jobman('run_nogui',matlabbatch) or spm_jobman('run',matlabbatch)
as for matlabbatch, I'm not sure if there is documentation for all of
its possible fields. The best way to understand the matlabbatch is to
make one subject with the gui and then modify the matlabbatch
structure. There is even a function in spm for doing this, but I have
never used it. Perhaps others might be able to point to good
documentation on the matlabbatch structure.
